【Summary】 The non-sparking hammer ring wrench is a percussion wrench with a working end of 12 angles. Manufacturing standard of non-sparking hammer ring wrench: GB/T4392-1995 (percussion solid wrench and percussion ring wrench)      Generally, the gear shaping method is used to process the tooth shape of the plum blossom end.       The gear shaping process is carried out on the gear shaping machine, which is equivalent to a gear shaping cutter and a gear blank according to the meshing movement of a pair of gears to cut the tooth shape. The gear shaping process can be decomposed into: the gear shaping knife first cuts a small piece of material on the gear blank, then the gear shaping knife returns and turns through a small angle, and the gear blank also turns through the corresponding angle at the same time. Afterwards, the gear shaping knife is inserted down again on the gear blank to cut off a small piece of material. Repeat the above process continuously. In this way, the entire alveolar is cut out one by one, and the tooth shape is gradually enveloped. Therefore, a gear shaper cutter can process tooth shapes with the same modulus but different numbers of teeth, and there is no theoretical error.
